What is CEO Engine, in one sentence?
Nine AI departments that do the business work for you — collections, sales follow-up, quoting, marketing, competitor intelligence, cash flow, operations, hiring and customer care — and hand back the finished document, not advice.
What do I actually get back?
The thing you were going to have to write. A three-step chase sequence with the emails already written. A priced, itemised quote. A month of marketing posts. A 90-day cash projection with the arithmetic shown. You copy it, send it, or invoice from it.
What if my business needs something the nine don't cover?
Ask for a 10th department. On the $99 Growth and $149 Team plans there's a button in your account: name the job that keeps landing on you — warranty claims, subcontractor packs, council paperwork, tender responses — say what you want handed back, and we build a department around it and add it to your account. No extra charge.
How long does one take?
About three minutes. You answer a short form in plain English — half-finished notes are fine — and the finished document comes back in under a minute.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email you can use it. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure.
Will it sound like me or like a robot?
Like you, once you fill in your business profile. Paste two or three real messages you've sent a customer and every department copies your rhythm, your phrases and your sign-off.
Will it make things up?
No. Anything you don't tell it comes back as a capitalised placeholder for you to fill in. It never invents a price, a date or a competitor's figures.
How does the trial work?
Three days, card required so nothing breaks when it converts. Cancel inside the three days and you're not charged. You get 10 briefs during the trial.
What does it cost after that?
Starter $49 a month with 40 briefs. Growth $99 a month with unlimited briefs. Team $149 a month with five seats and shared client records. Change or cancel any time from your billing page.
Is it billed automatically?
Yes. Your card is charged the same amount each month until you cancel, and your renewal date and receipts are on your billing page.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Does it replace my accountant or my staff?
No. It removes the evening admin — the chasing, quoting, writing and forecasting — so the people you do have stay on paid work.
Can my clients see anything?
Only what you choose. Each client can get their own portal where they see the documents you've produced for them, their sent invoices, and can request new work. Drafts stay private.
Who can see my business data?
Only you. Your clients, jobs, invoices and reports are tied to your login. Team members on the Team plan share records with you and nobody else.
